Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a clear copper color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel and cinnamon aroma. Fruity malty spicy dark fruit, caramel and cinnamon flavor. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel finish.

On tap. Pours with a clear bronze hued body with a tan head. Aromas are of cinnamon, brown sugar, rich malt, raisins, low chocolate, grapenuts. Smells pretty tasty. Flavors are lightly spicy, bready, malty, cinnamon, anise. Great malt character, mild hop. Smooth, clean and well rounded. Fuller carbonation, medium body, smooth with well hidden alcohol.
