New Zealand Pilsner
DAMN THE SKY was brewed with a simple grain bill of Pilsner and a touch of malted wheat. It was hopped in the kettle with what our resident Kiwi brewer Benji describes as the holy trinity of NZ Pilsner hops: Riwaka, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin. It was then dry-hopped with the same three hops: Riwaka, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin. Light, clean, and hop-forward, you’ll be hard-pressed to have only one.

On tap at Holy Mountain - Phinney Ridge, pours a clear pale golden with a medium white head. Nose is full of intense NZ tangy hops, massive grassiness, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is super bright and expressive, with a wonderful tangy hop expression, lots of grassiness, and crisp biscuity malt. Wonderfully hopped, vibrant finish, with immense drinkability. Excellent.
