The crew brewed it with Pilsner and pale malts, then hit it with Mosaic, Simcoe Cryo, Citra Incognito, and just a touch of Columbus Cryo in the kettle and dry hop.
Tasting Notes
Each sip is downright divine, with notes of orange, guava, and grapefruit opening things up. Grassy hints of dank kush twinkle beneath the surface before giving way to a clean and refreshing finish.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear gold with a large foamy white head that laced down. Grapefruit aroma. Med body. Juicy but not sugary. Decently bitter. Flavor is grapefruit, guava and melon. Seems to have a light spice note. Flavor is very delicious.

On tap at Holy Mountain - Phinney Ridge, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has an evocative mix of tangy hops, tropical fruits, pine, and a touch of citrus. Flavour is assertive and beautifully balanced, with bright piney hop bitterness, melon, citrus, and crisp biscuity malt. Impeccably hopped and flawlessly structured. This is an incredible WCIPA.
