We brewed up a big, hoppy, and hazy one for Phinney’s second year. This hazy IPA is loaded with Mosaic, Idaho 7, and Krush hops. It’s dank, tropical, and super easy to drink. We’ve been gravitating towards West Coast-style hoppy beers lately, but we never miss a chance to include a juicy and hazy option in the lineup when we can. We made a somewhat limited batch of this one, so come get it while it lasts.

On tap at Holy Mountain - Phinney Ridge, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is massively dank, with huge pot-like hops and minimal chalk. Flavour is massively dank, with huge pot-like hops, some citrus, stone fruit, and some bready malt to back. Super dank, just enough residual sweetness to back, no chalk. Expert hazy.

On tap at the brewery. Hazy yellow orange with medium white head. Hoppy, fruity, tropical some melon, dank. Nice smooth texture. Medium bodied.
