On tap at Stoup - Ballard, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma has dry roasted malt, earthiness, and toasted bread. Flavour is robust, with plenty of roasted malt, wood, and earthy hops. Roasty, dry, very drinkable. Good stuff.

Quite dry, so not my favorite stout style, but enough coffee roast and molasses to make it stand apart. Impressive.
