West Coast IPA brewed entirely with New Zealand grown hop varieties, providing a profile of wild tropical fruit with a layer of funky dankness.
Built on a base of PNW-grown pilsner malt & wheat malt, the hops start with whirlpool additions of NZ-grown Cascade & Nelson, then a drongo dry hopping of Riwaka, Motueka & Nelson Amplifire enhanced hop pellets to boost that white grape flavor. It’s smooth drinking, with a nice bitterness in the finish.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 8.5 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
On tap at Chuck’s Greenwood, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly restrained, with gentle tangy hops and light pine. Flavour is more robust, with tangy NZ hops—gooseberry, white wine grapes—along with pine and light biscuity malt. Clean, vibrant and highly drinkable. Excellent.
