COLD COLD GROUND – EXTRA PALE ALE - 4.8%
Cold Cold Ground was brewed with a blend of pilsner malts and Jasmine rice. Our new batch was hopped in the kettle with Simcoe, Citra, Chinook and Citra Incognito. This extra pale was fermented cool with our house kölsch strain and dry hopped with more Simcoe and Citra.
🍑🌲 We get notes of citrus zest, stone fruit and subtle pine on this bright and crisp crusher.

On tap at Bizarre, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has a strange, muffled hop earthiness, light chalk, and bready notes. Flavour is pretty muffled, with a dull hop expression, bready malt, and some earthiness. Poor hop expression and/or muddled structure. Not too good.
