Mexican-Style Corn Lager brewed in collaboration w/ Burdock Brewing

When we teamed up with the crew at Burdock on this one when immediately went in a lager direction and nothing pairs better with a summer beer festival than an ice cold cerveza.

This one was brewed with pilsner malt and heritage corn from @k2milling in Toronto and then fermented with Mexican Lager yeast from our friends at @escarpmentlabs right here in Niagara.

You can expect an ultra clean and crisp drinking experience with a delicate bready backbone and a touch of that sweet corn character coming through along with notes of fresh cut grass and lime zest.
