Hazy Triple IPA w/ NZ Cascade, Peacharine & Southern Cross brewed in collaboration w/ Willibald Brewing

For this one, we did a bit of a play on Willibald’s flagship triple IPA, Where The F*** Is Ayr? which features the trio of Citra, Galaxy and Amarillo. We kept the grain bill more or less in line with our usual triple base and deployed an all @freestylehops trio of NZ Cascade, Peacharine and Southern Cross.

Expect this one to drink like straight fruit nectar, bursting with fresh cantaloupe, lychee, pink guava, sauvignon blanc, white gummy bears and passionfruit with a big, plush mouthfeel and soft, fuzzy bitterness.

0,473l can from Hoptimaal webstore. Canned 23/JUL/2025. Murky yellow beer with huge and stable, cloudy white head. Aroma and flavor is tropical fruits, hops, dank and oat. Creamy, smooth, juicy, full body. Excellent.
