Brewed to celebrate the start of summer, we brewed a crisp, refreshing pale ale, to which we have added fresh locally harvested elderflowers for a classic taste of British summer!

Cask at the brewery's tap. Clear gold. Thing foamy translucent white head. Aroma has Elderflower sweetness, a light bitter edge and malts. Flavourwise it mirrors the aroma. More bitter into the finish. But overall it's underpowered. Light-medium bodied. Soft slightly fizzy carbonation. Long dry slightly astringent finish. Limp stuff. Refreshing on a hot day, probably (it's not that hot today).
