Our look at the classic Patersbier , the "Fathers Beer," traditionally brewed for monks, by monks #refreshment. We chose the foundation of @rabbit_hill_malthouse Farmhouse Pilsner, supported with enough white wheat to stabilize the aroma imprints of banana, pear drops, and subtle bubblegum laced with citrusy acidity. Balanced, soft and plush—light, refreshing, and flavorful without being overwhelming.
