Natural Habitat is a joint interpretation by Lubrow Brewery and Yeast Side Labs on the subject of modern Czech lager. The fermentation of this beer was entrusted to an experimental yeast strain isolated from a guava fruit, which resulted in a fruity aromatic profile with a classic "lager" character. The hopping involved only the Polish Lubelski variety, added "hot side." Cheers!

Not pasteurized and unfiltered beer.

Ziołowo-cytrusowe z nutą kwiatową, bardzo delikatny chlebek. Barwa jasnozłota, lekko opalizujące, piana powoli znika do krążka, delikatny lacing. Goryczka solidna, zaznaczona, ziołowa. Wytrawne, owocowe, lekkie, ciekawe. American Pils z czeskim muśnięciem.
