Pint at the brewery. Pours a clear, straw color, with a big, foamy, white head. The aroma is lemongrass, cloves, pear, sage, and pink peppercorns. Sweet and malty, with a mellow, crisp bitterness. Light to medium body, effervescent, and grassy. Bright, easy, and nicely balanced and complex.
