Fuzz is a single hop IPA featuring one of our favorite American hops: Sabro. We fell in love with this hop when it was originally released as the experimental variety, HBC-438, back in 2016. As more hop farms have begun to cultivate this interesting hop variety, its characteristics have evolved substantially. Once a one dimensional peach bomb, Sabro has evolved nuanced and integrated flavors and aromas of peach, coconut, citrus, banana and vanilla cream with hints of cedar, yellow starburst and even a bit of peach liqueur. We hope you enjoy this beer as much as we enjoyed brewing it for you.

4 oz. pour at the brewery. Cloudy, bright yellow, no sparkle, ring of head with light lacing. Aroma is strong coconut and pineapple. Taste is strong, slightly astringent coconut, bitter pineapple rind. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste. Astringent element is slightly off putting.

Murky pale yellow colour and small white head. Juicy aroma, some pineapple. Medium-bodied. Juicy, gooseberry bush, canned pineapple. Ok. Taproom.
