Tons of complexity with subtle clove, banana and maple on the nose with flavors of dark fruit, bananas foster and vanilla along with classic Belgian Yeast influence, an underlying caramelization and a slight alcohol warmth. This is almost like a winter warmer but instead of using adjunct ingredients to get there we used many different (13) specialty malts along with Belgian candy sugar, brown sugar and a carefully selected yeast
