Bottle thanks to Jens. Pale, hazy gold with a frothy head. Aroma is herbal with lemon peel, dough, and a touch of peppery spice. Taste is bitter with a faint underlying tartness and dough-like sweetness. Prickly carbonation, dry, body to the light side of medium. Increasingly bitter as the hops carry the finish. Good example of the style. Pleasant.

Aroma of malt, grain, bread, grass, hops. Flavour is remarkably bitter and light tart. Really quite fresh and drinkable, not as boring as most Landbier.

Bottle online from Beers Of Europe. Pours a hazy dark yellow colour with a medium sized creamy white head. Aroma is sweet with grains, hay and doughy white bread. Taste is again sweet with more grains, hay and doughy bread with fruity hints of bananas, apples and pears. Maybe also a hint of candy. Sweet and smooth but also a touch of dusty bitterness on the finish. Medium body, low carbonation and smooth oily mouthfeel. Goes down very easy. Nice beer enjoying it.

500ml Bottle -Hazy golden with a foamy head. Tea, herbs, wood and grapefruit in the aroma. Bready and citrussy taste with notes of grass, orange, herbs and hay. Nicely balanced and enjoyable.

Straw-yellow in color. Low, white head. A bit of lemon in aroma. Sadly, also smells of sewer. :( The taste, on the other hand, is a whole different pair of gloves. Distinctive bitterness, low to medium sweetness. A bit of sourness. It's like a west coast ipa in combination with a wheat beer.
