Probably one of our most experimental blends we did so far. We infused a blend of red wine barrel aged ciders with rose petals and fig leaves. To add color and and extra dimension it was backblended with a small amount of red beetroot cider.

0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 05/2027. golden clear color, small white head. smells spices, earthy, leathery, tannins, horse radish, some apple notes. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes horse radish, peppery, spices, herbal, apple notes, tannins. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of tannins, horse radish and herbal notes. good, but not toally my thing

Big fig aroma and massive earthy beets going on here, cider base is clean and soft. Balanced
