Bottled 05/2027. golden clear color, small white head. smells spices, earthy, leathery, tannins, horse radish, some apple notes. nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes horse radish, peppery, spices, herbal, apple notes, tannins. finishes dry and light to medium sour with notes of tannins, horse radish and herbal notes. good, but not toally my thing
