Let's go nuts! We brewed a big Imperial Stout and mashed in with a bunch of pretzels. After fermentation we roasted big amounts of peanuts and dry-peanutted (?) the beer. We were very excited when we tried the beer for the first time, all the flavors were in, and nicely balanced as well. Experiment succeeded!
