Copper colour, off-white head. Malty, caramalt aroma. Medium-bodied. Caramalt, some dark bread, alcohol ... not very malty for its ABV (as a bock). PBF XV.

Bottled at PBF. Clear nut brown, small head. Aroma of chestnut and caramel. Mid sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel, brown sugar and nuts. Mid bitter finish.

PBF XV. Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is plum, some sweet berries, mild sweet malty tones with some spicy tones. Flavour is grains, some chocolate and mild roasted tones.
