Bière brune de fermentation basse, elle laisse s’exprimer les saveurs maltées.
Brassée sur une base complexe de 5 malts différents, cette bière offre un panel aromatique autour du chocolat et du caramel.
Le houblon est ici très discret, apportant des notes de poivre et de réglisse.
Cette bière est un dessert à part entière. Très gourmande sans être trop sucrée.

Deep brown colour, small head. Aroma is liquorice, some chocolate and mild toffee tones with mild roasted tones. Flavour is chocolate, some toffee and mild roasted tones.

Brownish colour, small beige head. Toasted malts with rye bready splceyness in the nose. Medium-bodied. Toasted malty, some caramalt, rye bread. Nice palate. Good.

Canned at PBF Near black, small head. Aroma of coffee and molasses. Sweet with medium to full body and clean mouthfeel. Molasses and pine, slight sulphury notes. Rubbery bitter finish.
