Extra brut récolte 2019. Holy batballs that’s sour! Pittig zure cider met verder smaken van rozenbottel, slijm, leer. Vrij heftig. Bottle from the producer. Bit hazy dark golden to amber with small head. Dusty, caramel, sweet and sour apple, funky, a hint of vinegar, oak, dry chalk. Medium sweet, less sour and light bitter. Over medium bodied, solid dry finish. Quite interesting and different, but not sure if I like it more than regular cider.
