Bottle from the producer. Bit hazy dark golden to amber with small head. Dusty, caramel, sweet and sour apple, funky, a hint of vinegar, oak, dry chalk. Medium sweet, less sour and light bitter. Over medium bodied, solid dry finish. Quite interesting and different, but not sure if I like it more than regular cider.
