Cactws is a playful spin on the iconic lime and tequila cocktail, inspired by the delicious 'Velas de Lima' Mexican Lager from our friends and collaborators Neptune Brewery in Liverpool.
We squeezed together Motueka hops, a soft, hazy pale ale base, lime juice and a hint of salt for a tart and refreshing summer slammer.

Tap at Tapps, Conwy. Hazy-opaque light gold. Thin foamy white head. Aroma has a dry sourness to it- citrusy - and underlying sweetness. Flavourwise it's quite tart and butter. Sour citrus and herbs. Slightly woody. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Punchy if somewhat one dimensional.
