Appearance: deep brown, slightly misted, decent ivory-coloured head. Aroma: toasted malts, distant caramel, dried fruit, chocolate. Taste: moderately sweet, toasted, dried fruit, brown bread, a hint of chocolate. Appropriate ending hop bitterness. Palate: light to medium body, lively carbonation. Overall: a well-made Dunkel.

Tap. Dark amber color, a little creamy foam. Aroma: caramel, a little halva and wet rags, a little dried fruit. Taste: malt, caramel, light hop bitterness, dried fruits.

Drfat at The Pub in Minsk, paired with blueberry soup. Clear brown color tan head. Aroma of baking brownies. Taste is earthy cocoa. Good body. Bad pairing.
