A base of Munich malt is joined by a healthy addition of flaked rye and German CaraRye malts. This hefty body helps support the significant hop character, as well as providing plenty of malty caramelly rye sweetness. At 4.5% ABV, the hop aroma is intense, deriving from kettle additions of French Barbe Rouge, American Simcoe® and CTZ hops. A further dry hop of CTZ drives powerful gassy diesel terpenes, rich forest floor pine, and the red berry notes of the French hops.

Draft pour, browned butter amber color. Toasted brown bread aroma. Love the bite and dryness of the rye, hits the sides of the tongue. Notes of brown bread, copper. Medium bitterness throughout.
