Our "map of the stars" takes a detour into the ultra-rare, the highly coveted, the extra strength, the superlative nonpareil. We start with our house Celestial Map IPA, boost up the malt character a touch, but mainly blast the dry hop addition with Columbus hops. A balanced bitterness leads to a bump of honeyed malt mid-palate, finishing hugely hoppy; pine, white grapefruit, lemon candy, and just a wisp of booze to pull back on the reins. Seek the highest forms of hop truth, seek the Supernal.

Draft pour, let’s get gold. There’s a cheese note on the aroma. But not there on the taste, light sweetness, mild bitterness. Hints of honey and pineapple.
