We started out making a standard batch of IPA, then kinda pushed at the edges to make it more citrusy/juicy in character - then sold all of it. So, this time around, we’re pushing even further with the addition of oat malt, even more hops in the later stages of brewing (imparting more flavor/aroma and less bitterness), and a different yeast, to land squarely in the NEIPA camp. Expect a soft, pillowy mouthfeel with a huge hop flavor and aroma, evocative of ripe fruit, pineapple, papaya, oranges - juicy and tropical are the keywords here, folks.
