As the plane rises from the runway, it begins to turn and sets is bearing on the storm. Entering an unknown it is all too familiar with. This ESB has a traditionally balanced malt backbone that sets a stage for the East Kent Golding hop addition to give it the perfect amount of hop bitterness. This beer is extremely drinkable and meant to be enjoyed pint after pint.

Draft, flight pour, at the brewery, 7/27/25. Clear orange color, beige head, and drippy lace. Caramel, grains, and a little spice. Light body, slightly tingly and dry on the close. Solid.
