Rain Check

Your plans for the afternoon begin to fizzle as the raindrops to fall from the skies. You feel a sense of relief as you can tell your friends that you will have to take a raincheck on tonight’s plans. This is where “Plan B” comes into play. You send out a couple text messages and reach into the fridge to pour yourself a glass. You love Belgian beer and this tripel is exactly what you were dreaming of. Its yeast character shines as you bring the glass to your nose and then take a sip.
