Building off one of our recent favorites, Silberhorn is a classic West Coast pale ale through and through. Entirely pale ale malt with just a dash of light crystal for a bit of sweetness and malt complexity and then hopped solely with New Zealand grown Cascade from our friends at @freestylehops. Distinct from its domestically grown cousin, NZ Cascade brings gentle tropical notes typical of hops grown in that area, but with much of the usual Cascade grapefruit and floral elements. Crisp, clear, moderately bitter, and overflowing with hop character, this one takes us back to the past and forward into the future at the same time. A perfect crusher as we spend more and more time outdoors in the sun.
