Sparkle City is our gluten-free take on Cooper’s iconic Red Sparkling Ale.
Expect high carbonation, subtle caramel malt, and a fruity ester kick from traditional ale yeast. Dry-hopped with Ella for spice and Galaxy for bright peach and passionfruit. Crisp, dry, and dangerously drinkable.

Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Gluten Free. Orangey amber-gold colour, foamy white head leaving lacing and aroma of citrus, hops. Taste is malty, grain, stone fruit, spicy, with yeasty notes, citrusy and some hop bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, drying tangy bitter finish. Quite drinkable.
