We took our Belgian Quad and Barrel aged it for a year in Bourbon Barrels. Strong and richly malty sweet with low bitterness and noticeable alcohol.

Tap. Pours clear reddish mahogany, small beige head, good lacing. Aroma is candi sugar, whiskey, belgian yeast. Flavor is medium sweet, light plus bitter. Medium body, a bit boozy. Good enough.
