*Licence to Chill* is sharply-defined West Coast work: bitter, clear, and without bullshit.
Cascade and Mosaic deliver classic pine and citrus - like an open door with a view of California. El Dorado and Citra follow with cool tropical fruit, orange peel, and a dry finish that cleanses the track behind you. The whole thing is balanced on a light malt base, crisp as glass, with an alcohol percentage of 5.8% - just enough to relax with... without losing control.

Can 44 cl. Cloudy, opaque orangey amber with a small and creamy off-white head. Piney and tropical hop aroma. Medium body, lightly sweet crystal malts and toffee with a decent but not overwhelming bitterness. Nice one. 090825
