Appearance - 7 | Aroma - 6.5 | Flavor - 6.5 | Texture - 7 | Overall - 6.5

Copper colour, small beige head. Woody, nutty aroma. Medium-bodied. Strong barrel flavour, nuts, some caramalt and alcohol. A bit restless barreling. PBF XV.

PBF XV. Deep honeyish golden pale amber colour with a small white head. Aroma is sweet floral, some alcohol and mild berries with a bit nutty tones. Flavour is sweet fruity and some alcohol with mild berries, nutty and some mild toffeeish tones.

Bottled, from Stjärnbryggeriet, Rörum. Clear copper colour, small head. Woody whisky and caramel up front. Sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel, hazelnuts and woody whisky. Warming finish.
