Draft at the source. Hazy yellow color white head. Nice aroma of dusty haystacks sprinkled with white pepper. Taste is lightly funky peppery straw. very tasty.

Small white head. Clear yellow body. Herbal oily strawy aroma with fruity notes. Sweetish strawy earthy oil taste with dusty notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Sweetish spicy sugary dusty strawy aftertaste with mealy herbal notes. Lovely beer! Intensely drinkable, vivid and fresh. (0.3l draft at brewpub.)
