Our authentic Oktoberfest is a collaboration with Störtebeker, an award-winning German brewer internationally recognized for quality and innovation.
This modern Festbier leans into a rich, smooth malt backbone with notes of fresh-baked bread and honey. Traditional German hops provide balanced bitterness and herbal-spicy aroma, rounding out the crisp, clean finish. Prost!

Always excited for this one. Its good but it might not be the best in the history of this line up. Golden to amber color, medium head. Bready, light spicy hop note. Medium bitterness. Extremely drinkable. I've never been to the actual oktoberfest but I've read how marzens are not served there, but rather a lighter golden beer. This makes me wonder how close it is to the actual beers served at ofest in Munich. Not that it matters to the review, I just got curious. Cans from a Publix in Sanford, FL

Pours deep, clear gold into a stein. Bright white head with good retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Caramel and sourdough aromas. Medium bodied with sweet caramel and molasses upfront turning to earthy multigrain and mild hot plastic in the lasting finish.

Cracker malt with a little bit of toasted bread, with hints of apple, lemon, and grass, followed by a modest honey sweetness and a manageable floral bitterness. Tasty.

Pour is a dark but clear gold with a large white head. Aroma is bready and grain malt but very lacking. Flavor is some grainy malt and some generic fruity hops with accompanying bitterness. More "traditional" than Americanized marzen's but I kind of like the darker more toasted versions. This was just ok.
