A summer ale brewed with our friends at Glasladies Beer Society to celebrate St Enoch, Glasgow’s patron saint and mother of St Mungo, founder of the city.
Belgian Pale forms the fruity foundation - crisp, dry and refreshing - onto which hand-foraged, locally sourced botanicals are layered in the form of flowering currant, elderflower, mint and coriander alongside Belma, Monroe and Lemondrop hops. It’s a triumph of balance with no individual element dominating and each contributing a complimentary flavour accent in gentle harmony to produce a floral, woody summer bouquet with notes of blossom, geranium, lemon-lime citrus and delicate strawberry that marries perfectly with the classic Belgian Pale flavour profile.
