A classic Italian pilsner bursting with flavour. Crafted with a blend of European hops and German malts, this crips light brew is dry hopped with Saphir and Sterling for a boost of hop aroma.

On tap at The Vancouver Seafood Company. Pours a clear pale gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has lots of straw with some hay and just a bit of grass underlying. Flavor is similar with a strong straw presence, hay and a bit of sweet grain underlying.

On tap at Bomber, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma has some husky grains, bitter floral dry-hopping, and straw. Flavour has lots of spicy dry-hopping, straw, husky grains, and bready malt. Spicy, husky finish. Pretty solid really.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear gold with a white head. Nose is vaguely grassy with some stale cracker malts. Flavour has grassy hops and cracker malts, but both seem pretty subdued, maybe the beer was getting a bit old. Not great.
