This Imperial IPA has a unique yeast and hop profile made using a new liquid form of thiol compound boosting Phantasm. Thiols in beers give big notes of passion fruit and other tropical fruits that melds well with the delicious hops we picked from Freestyle: Peacharine, Nelson Sauvin and Motueka.

Lots of hops going on here. I get Nelson and whatever this super sauvin is, which I'm assuming is more Nelson than Nelson. Murky yellow orange pour without much head. Hop tang finish, light caramel. Nice hop cocktail. Tap at DC taproom.
