In honor of Father’s Day and being open for one year, we brewed something special for the two best dads in the world. For an entire year, they dedicated themselves to the construction of this brewery. Coles Road Brewing would not be possible without them. We constructed the grain bill to be almost the same as their favorite beer, but then instead hopped it with a blend of Citra, Nectaron, Mosaic and Riwaka hops.
