The X-Series features rotating one-off batches where no two recipes are the same. For our 11th batch, we made an apple ale to welcome winter and the upcoming holiday season. Made with German malts, apple juice, cinnamon and caramel, the X-1 011 falls somewhere between a beer and a cider.

Pours a copper from a can, aroma of apple and bread dough. Flavor is a lightly spiced apple and a sour/bitter doughiness. Okay beer.
