Can to tulip.
Appearance: copper/auburn color with a thin cap of a little white foamy head which slid off nicely to leave some light concave lace
Aroma: strawberries - sweet & tart, subtle sweet to tart wheat and then subtle lemony tones
Flavor: sweet & tart through the prior mentioned aromas; mild aftertaste of the strawberry
Texture: light to medium bodied, some good sessionability about this one; subtle smoothness but an ample tart grip as well; finishes with the tart to sweet strawberries
Overall: pretty good strawberry sour ale but I didn't get any of the lacto/acidic features normally found in Berliner weisses. I believe I'd come back to this preferably for me.

Pours a clear golden amber from a can. Wheat and strawberry aroma and flavor. Rather tart. Good beer.
