Made in collaboration with Blackstack Brewing, this is a blended, oak-aged sour ale that was refermented on pineapple and passionfruit. Once dry, the beer was dry-hopped with Sabro.

Pours a slightly hazy straw from a bottle. Pineapple, passionfruit and lacto tartness in nose and mouth. Boy howdy this is tart. Pretty good beer.
