Chasing Daylight is the latest release in our rotating IPA series. After a quick detour to the west coast we are headed back to the NEIPA style with an immensely drinkable creation. The bready malt pulls you in, Hints of orange rind wash in and blend with flavors of citrus, peach and white grape. The balanced dance between the malt and hops is sublime. Chasing Daylight is soft on the palate and has a candy-like sweetness in the finish giving way to the need for another sip. We’re enjoying this beer during all our outdoor winter activities, and we hope you do as well!

Pours a hazy light amber from a can, rather effervescent. Aroma is lemon, grain, and estery yeast; floral. Similar flavor, rather sweet, yeast seems almost Belgian style. Very good beer.
