The latest release in our rotating IPA series, Fur Friends, is a west coast IPA style creation. Aromas and flavors come at you from far and wide on the malt and hop spectrum. Cascade, Centennial and Chinook hops are like old friends, welcoming classic IPA drinkers and new school hop heads alike. In them you will find a plethora of grapefruit, candy sweet, and dank pine flavors. The color and clarity are also a refreshing sight. The malty flavors of caramel and toffee shine through and provide some sweetness to balance out the hops. These malt forward flavors are perfect for the cooler temps, shorter days…and the holidays!

Pours a surprisingly dark russet from a can. Aroma is a little disappointingly light, was expecting classic pine to be strong since it is billed as a west coast IPA, here it's rather faint. Flavor is a little too sweet for a west coast IPA. Good beer, could be better for what it's trying to be.
