Pours a nice effervescent pale gold from a bottle. Nice syrupy apple, concentrated sugar, faint yeast on the edge. Flavor is a little less dimensional, straightforward ripe apple with a slight tart finish exacerbated by the bubbles. Pet nat, quite bubbly with small bubbles. Pretty good cider.
