Batch 3. Exactly what you'd expect a chocolate sour to taste like, sour tart upfront, chickory nose, sweet throughout with a chocolate/date back. After the initial shock it's damn tasty.

Bottle sample at The Funk Collective at BFS. Dark maroon brown color tan head. Aroma of chocolate covered cherry liqueur. Taste starts sweet with chocolate and cherry, then tannins, light tartness, booze. Very tasty.
