After fermentation, we lightly dry-hopped this beer with Lemondrop hops. This refreshing medium-bodied beer is the perfect everyday beer.

473mL can. Pours clear pale blonde with a white head. Lemon rind and cracker malts on the nose; a bit mineralic. Flavour has dry lemon rind, cracker malts, minerals, and a sort of musty grass character (I think from the dry-hopping). The mineralic profile of the kolsch and the dry lemon rind don't really combine well, but I think it's done technically well.
