Crisp, clean, and refreshingly dry. Crafted from a blend of valley apples and fermented with care, Dimmock’s Dry Cider captures the bright, natural character of the orchard with a bone-dry finish.
Named for Daniel Dimmock, the prospector who first discovered gold in Gold River in 1861, this cider is a tribute to the spirit of discovery and the rich history of our home.
Unfiltered and lightly carbonated, it’s a lively, balanced cider made for those who appreciate a true taste of Nova Scotia.

473mL can. Pours hazy pale blonde with some white carbonation. Apple skins, light sugars, and some slighly musty yeast on the nose. Flavour is quite dry and mineralic with some juicy apples and skins. Champagne-like effervescence and yeast expression. Nice, clean dry cider.
