Bottle at Gabbie’s, pours a clear blonde with a medium white head. Aroma has plenty of spicy ginger and some apple skins. Flavour is more subdued on the ginger, with apple core, and crisp apple skins. Finishes lightly tart and acidic but not all that spicy.
