Our first Gabriola Island vintage cider. Cool Salish Sea air combined with the hot inner island growing conditions created this elegant cider. Medium- body, layered with ripen caramel bourbon flavours with a lovely orange finish.

750mL bottle at Gabbie’s, pours a clear pale yellowish blonde with a quickly-dissipating white head. Aroma has some horse blanket, light hay, and crisp apple skins. Flavour is dry and funky, with lots of horse blanket, moderate funk, dry apple skins, and hay. Fairly dry but still some residual sugar, with a finish off moderate hay and very light acidity. Excellent.
